Identity Crisis
Sometimes we have internal conflicts between who we really are and who we want others to believe we are. When we have these internal struggles, we should seek God’s wisdom for direction on who it is He desires us to be.
Keep in mind that when we wear a mask or façade, it is only that facade that receives love and blessing. God can’t bless who you pretend to be. The Bible tells us, “what good is it to gain the whole world and lose yourself?” When we try to live as another, we completely neglect and then can eventually lose who we’re supposed to be.
Walking with God will be complicated, and have its ups and downs. But, the great news is, God desires that we experience life as who He designed us to be.
